Judge Janaoui brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the legal field. From his early academic achievements, including a Doctorat d’Etat in sports law from Université Abdelmalek Essaidi to his Master’s in real estate law from Université Mohammed V, and a Bachelor’s in private law from Université Mly Ismail, his educational background is exemplary. 🎓📚
His professional journey is equally impressive, commencing with foundational internships at the Court of Appeal and the Tribunal of First Instance, leading to his dedicated service as a magistrate at the Tribunal de Première Instance de Fès. Here, he expertly handles civil, work accidents, criminal offenses, and judicial divorce cases. 🏛️⚖️
Before joining the judiciary, Judge Janaoui was the Legal Affairs Manager for Société Immobilière BALIMA, where he managed litigation, handled debt recovery, and drafted crucial contracts. His liaison with external stakeholders like bailiffs and lawyers showcased his exceptional negotiation skills. 🤝📑
In addition to his judicial role, he passionately contributes to academia as a part-time lecturer at Université Abdelmalek Essaidi in Tétouan and as a trainer at the Ministry of Interior’s cadre training institute in Fès. 📚👨‍🏫
