Sam has had a dynamic career, from his early days as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County’s Health Consumer Center 🌐, to an Executive Manager in Nomura Securities’ M&A Department. He’s sharpened his skills at renowned firms Morrison & Foerster and Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in Corporate and M&A law with a focus on international partnerships and Joint Ventures. 🏢✨
