👩⚖️ Fatma is a seasoned Turkish lawyer 🇹🇷, registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2010. She brings a wealth of experience as a mediator in legal disputes since 2023.
🌍 As a sworn translator fluent in English, Fatma also holds an impressive LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland 🇨🇭. Her thesis on “Compulsory License in Pharmaceuticals According to Turkish and Swiss Patent Law” showcases her in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector.
🎓 Fatma graduated 13th in her class with an LL.B. from the University of Istanbul in 2009. With a breadth of expertise in contract law, legal consultancy, compliance, and litigation, she has specialized in sectors including telecommunications 📱, construction 🏗️, energy ⚡, and more.
✨ She focuses now on corporate law, international litigation and contract drafting. Fatma is dedicated to serving clients nationally and internationally, particularly in the EU 🇪🇺, Switzerland 🇨🇭, and the MENA region 🌍.
