I want to share with you in short, my last experience working together with a WILL affiliate. Our Managing Partner Joseph Weinrauch from Israel approached me in a case as follows: A non-Canadian foreigner was sued in Toronto for a payment in dispute and at the same time, a 3rd party connected to the claim, did not comply with an investment plan and did not pay out to the client. Together we prepared very quickly the defense and counterclaim and approached the 3rd party to pay out the funds according to the contracts between the client and 3rd party. Joseph and I worked very intensively on the case, me preparing the documents according to the Canadian law applicable and Joseph giving remarks and handing over the needed evidence and documents needed. Working with an experienced colleague like Joseph, saves much time and contributes to the pace of work and the quality of the arguments prepared.
