Levent’s career highlights include serving as a Tribunal Appointed Expert Panel member in a complex arbitration, steering technical dispute resolutions with precision and detail. π
In Turkey, Levent was instrumental as a Contract Consultant, taking charge of due diligence reviews for the FIDIC Red Book hydroelectric power plant project, a vital role for investors and stakeholders. π
Levent’s journey also took him to the American University of Iraq, Suleimani, where he made significant contributions as a Claims Consultant. His efforts helped shape the Extension of Time (EOT) claim for campus construction. π
As an accredited FIDIC Trainer, Levent’s training sessions are highly respected and sought after, making him a valuable asset in the harmonization of contract conditions and training of legal and ministerial staff. π€
